Life in the Limelight

Kareemah earned a masters degree in Higher Education (Columbia College, Columbia, SC) and a masters in Communications Management (Webster University, Columbia, SC). She is also a graduate of the University of South Carolina – Columbia with a bachelors degree in Public Relations and a minor in Film Studies. During her time at USC, Ms. Hosendove has worked on numerous film projects affiliated with the university. She engaged in projects both on and off campus. She played the sultry “Red” in independent film entry “Adam’s Apples” in the 2010 Savannah Georgia 48 Hour Film Festival. She was also the writer, director, and cinematographer for the USC Family & Graduate Housing “How To” video used by the English Program for Internationals (EPI) to aid students in how to properly maintain their apartments by housing standards. Ms. Hosendove had the pleasure in conducting a sit-down interview with Columbia author of “Reflections of Madison” Dawn Brown. She starred as the leading lady in Georgia’s own CEO Flame’s music video “Nothin But Love”. In 2016, she served as hostess of the Belk Kids Festival Fashion Show at Richland Mall. In 2017, she served as a promotional model for the Signature Beauty & Style IMAGE Spectacular in Charlotte, NC. In 2018, she sashayed the runway for the following fashion shows: The Off the Hanger's Inaugural Fashion Show in Charlotte, NC, Rock the Runway: Brown Girl Edition, Charlotte, NC, and annual the Signature Beauty & Style IMAGE Spectacular in Charlotte, NC. She has served as a promotional model for several Night Vision Entertainment (Columbia, SC) events. She is the brand ambassador for Heri Curves, a plus-size clothing company based in Charlotte, NC. In July 2019, Kareemah competed in the Ms. Full-Figured Pageant earning the title of the first Ms. Exquisite Full-Figured SC.
